2001

 

Commissioned  to  make   a  life - sized  Duck  Pond  Diorama   by  Atlantex  Creative Works  for  the  Ducks Unlimited  Building  at  the  Shubenacadi  Wildlife  Park , N.S.

 

Contracted by the Jasper-Yellowhead Historical Museum , Jasper , Alberta to create Diarama of Early People in the Athabasca  River  Valley ,  Circa 1000 A.D.  .   I researched   Parks  Canada  Archeological  Archives , for  the  area.

 

2000

Contracted by company Museum Tech (Cochrane ,Ab.) as bone expert to remount a badly done buffalo skeleton for Head Smashed In Buffalo Jump, a World Heritage Site . Fort McLeod , Alberta. + On the same contract I was given ten bones and neolithic tools to be mounted on boards and made to look like they had been eroded out of the ground .

 

2000

Contracted by company Museum Tech (as a member of a 3 or 4 person team) to clean Art Work at the Calgary International Airport. This was done in a day , once every month.

 

2000-1999

Contracted by the City Of Calgary to clean and restore thirty sculptures in the City's Public Art Collection .

 

1999

Contracted by Sculptor Bart Habermiller to engineer and assemble a large sculpture in a 5 story atrium space , Toronto Dominion Square , Calgary, Ab., designed by Bart. I tied together over 500 empty plastic water bottles with poly cord to form a 4 story high "waterfall".

 

1998

Contracted by Canada Fossil to create a fully mounted Baby Hadrasaur Skeleton from fossil bone fragments. This was accomplished by sculpting Bondo over wire armatures and sculpting bondo added to fossil bone fragments after extensive research carried out in libraries at The University of Calgary and The Royal Tyrrell Museum Of Paleontology, Drumheller , Ab..

 

1997

Contracted by F&D Scene Changes to carve foam figures for the theatrical production of the show "Candide". I then received another contract from the same company to repair fiberglass figures for "Phantom of the Opera" prop

 

1996

Designed and created sets for the theatre group Green Fools, Calgary, Alberta.

 

1988-1994

Created 3 - 40 ft. long Tyrannosaurus Rex, 1 Quetzacoatlus , 40 ft.wingspan (a flying Pteradon), a 30 ft. Albertasaurus and 2 - 15 ft. Struthiomimus as well as 8 Evolution of Woman panels , the finished pieces all made of fiberglass with/for  a  Sculpture and Design Company , for museums around the world.

 

1991-1992

Created master waxes (Heritage Series, to be used in Bronze Casting) for Bronze Fyre Foundries, Cochrane, Alberta. · Created 2 one-tenth scale master wax sculptures of dinosaur skeletons (Triceratops and Mosasaur) for  a  Sculpture and Design Co. , to  be  cast  in Bronze.
